Please provide your artwork or design in the required format. Chosen Crowned Butterfly is not responsible for errors in the designs submitted by customers.

d. Once the order details are agreed upon, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of order placement. The balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery.

Chosen Crowned Butterfly reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

b. Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order. Chosen Crowned Butterfly accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and a range of other payment methods. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

c. Custom Orders: For custom and bulk orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of order placement. The balance is due upon completion and prior to delivery.

4. Shipping and Delivery

a. Shipping: Chosen Crowned Butterfly ships to the United Kingdom, Europe, North America, and selected international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference but are not guaranteed.

b. Delivery: Chosen Crowned Butterfly is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or shipping carrier delays.

c. International Shipping: For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply.

5. Returns and Refunds

c. Personalised Items: Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are defective or not as described.
