2. Return Policy

• Notification: To return an item, you must notify Chosen Crowned Butterfly within 30 days of receipt.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. 

3. Personalised Items

Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are defective or not as described.

4. Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact Chosen Crowned Butterfly within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any delivery costs.
